months. Authors must not submit the manuscript elsewhere during
this period. If the author wishes to withdraw or submit to another journal due
to prolonged review, written notification to the editorial office is required.
4. Author Revisions

o Failure to meet deadlines without justification may lead to rejection.
5. Editorial Revisions
The editorial office reserves the right to make technical or textual edits.
Substantive changes will only be made with the author’s consent.
6. Copyright Transfer Agreement
o Authors must sign a Copyright Transfer Agreement upon acceptance. This transfers all copyrights (including but not limited to reproduction, distribution, adaptation, translation, and digital/multimedia/online publishing rights) to the editorial office.
o The editorial office becomes the copyright holder and may sublicense these rights to third parties. Submission implies acceptance of these terms. Contact the office for exceptions.
