Pressure feedback control system was designed for direct injection system based on high temperature and high pressure constant volume precombustion cell (CVPC). Considering the requirements of real time, high reliability, accurate control and multitask, CompactRIO9036 and corresponding I/O modules and repeated configuration property of FPGA were utilized to build the closed loop system of pressure signal acquisition, solenoid valve driving, ignition driving, injector actuation and rail pressure control. Then the injection test was carried out based on pressure feedback. The results show that the system can simulate the injection environment accurately and reliably.
