Abstract

The effects of loading methods of active components on the SCR performance of V2O5-WO3/TiO2 catalyst were studied, the low-temperature window characteristics of catalyst improved by changing the assistant components, and the catalytic performance of prepared honeycomb catalyst sample was investigated under steadystate conditions. The results showed that the loading methods of active components had great influence on the SCR performance of V2O5-WO3/TiO2 catalyst. WOx species and VOx species were evenly dispersed on the surface of TiO2 carrier with better SCR activity for the V2O5-WO3/TiO2 catalyst prepared by co-impregnation method. Meanwhile, the low temperature SCR performance significantly improved through the modulation of CeO2 and SnO2 components. The steady-state condition test results showed that the CeO2 and SnO2 modified V2O5-WO3/TiO2 honeycomb catalyst samples prepared by co-impregnation method had stable and excellent SCR performance at low temperature and had potential commercial value for the NOx conversion of diesel engine exhaust which meet China Ⅵ emission limit requirement.
