The electromagnetic-machine-liquid three-dimensional simulation method was used to simulate the compression and supply process of unit pump fuel system on the Ansys Workbench platform and the relationship between the electromagnetic system, the mechanical system and the hydraulic system was analyzed. The electromagnetic control valve model and the threedimensional flow field model were established by using Maxwell and Fluent modules. Then the dynamic response characteristics of valve core and the variation rules of flow field characteristic parameters with valve opening were acquired based on the data transmission between different modules realized by UDF programming.
