Abstract

The existing velocity-time driving conditions used in endurance test fail to consider the impact of throttle opening on fuel consumption test, resulting in a large deviation between measured and actual fuel consumption. The driving condition constructed by introducing the throttle opening comprehensively considered the influence of load and velocity change on driving fuel consumption. By dividing the driving segments of velocity-throttle opening, the principal component analysis, cluster analysis and correlation analysis were used to screen the driving segments, and the driving segments were spliced to construct the velocity-throttle opening-time three-dimensional curve of working conditions. Compared with the two-dimensional curve of working conditions, the deviation between the measured and actual fuel consumption reduced by 12.673% based on the three-dimensional curve of working conditions.
