Coordinated Matching Design of Main Bearing Combined Structure Based on Improved NSGA-Ⅱ

Abstract

Aiming at the shortage of coordination evaluation research and the uncertainty of coordinated matching design methods, the coordination evaluation criteria of main bearing combined structure was proposed and the mathematical model of coordinated matching design was constructed in order to optimize the strength, stiffness, contact strength and mass. The mathematical model was solved by improved NSGA-Ⅱ based on FSCS-ART algorithm and hybrid adaptive strategy. The coordinated matching design scheme of main bearing combined structure was determined. The results show that the coordination of strength, deformation and contact strength improve by 16.63%, 19.06% and 3.99% respectively after optimization. The overall coordination improves by 14.49%. It has been verified that the population distribution generated by the improved NSGA-Ⅱ is more uniform and the convergence efficiency of solution is higher.
