摘要

针对共轨喷油器结构参数众多且各参数之间相互影响的问题,采用一维仿真的手段结合正交试验设计原理,对共轨喷油器结构参数进行了多方案匹配设计。匹配设计后的共轨喷油器经过高压共轨台架试验、某中重型车用柴油机整机性能试验验证,满足整机性能需求。

Abstract

The match and design of structural parameters for common rail injector were conducted based on onedimensional simulation and orthogonal test design principle in order to solve the problems of difficult injector design due to many parameters and their interrelation. The new designed common rail injector was further verified by high pressure common rail bench test and engine performance test. Accordingly, the designed fuel injector can meet the performance requirements of engine.
