The match and design of structural parameters for common rail injector were conducted based on onedimensional simulation and orthogonal test design principle in order to solve the problems of difficult injector design due to many parameters and their interrelation. The new designed common rail injector was further verified by high pressure common rail bench test and engine performance test. Accordingly, the designed fuel injector can meet the performance requirements of engine.
