摘要

Ansys Workbench平台上使用电磁-机-液三维联合仿真的方法,开展了单体泵燃油系统压缩供油过程仿真研究,分析了电磁系统、机械系统以及液力系统之间的关系。使用Maxwell和Fluent模块建立了电磁控制阀模型以及三维流场模型,利用UDF编程来实现不同模块间数据的传输,得到了阀芯动态响应特性以及流场特征参数随阀口开度的变化规律。

Abstract

The electromagnetic-machine-liquid three-dimensional simulation method was used to simulate the compression and supply process of unit pump fuel system on the Ansys Workbench platform and the relationship between the electromagnetic system, the mechanical system and the hydraulic system was analyzed. The electromagnetic control valve model and the threedimensional flow field model were established by using Maxwell and Fluent modules. Then the dynamic response characteristics of valve core and the variation rules of flow field characteristic parameters with valve opening were acquired based on the data transmission between different modules realized by UDF programming.
