Performance Simulation and Prediction of VGT Turbocharger Turbine

The numerical simulation and flow field analysis of a VGT turbocharger were conducted by Fine/Turbo software. The process of modeling and analyzing was first introduced, the simulation method of MAP in the side of turbine was researched and the simulation results were compared with test data in the end. The results show that the numerical simulation and flow field analysis method is feasible to predict the performance of VGT turbocharger, which can meet the selection and optimization requirements of turbocharger multischeme performance.
