摘要

设计开发了基于预燃式高温高压定容燃烧弹的压力反馈式喷油控制系统。考虑到嵌入式系统要求实时性高、安全可靠性高、控制精度高和任务复杂度高等特点,使用CompactRIO 9036以及相应的I/O模块,利用FPGA可重复配置的优势,实现了压力信号采集、配气电磁阀驱动、点火驱动、喷油器驱动及轨压闭环控制等功能。为了验证本系统的可靠性,进行了压力反馈喷油触发试验,从结果可以看出本系统可以较为精确地、良好地模拟发动机喷油时刻的环境。

Abstract

Pressure feedback control system was designed for direct injection system based on high temperature and high pressure constant volume precombustion cell (CVPC). Considering the requirements of real time, high reliability, accurate control and multitask, CompactRIO9036 and corresponding I/O modules and repeated configuration property of FPGA were utilized to build the closed loop system of pressure signal acquisition, solenoid valve driving, ignition driving, injector actuation and rail pressure control. Then the injection test was carried out based on pressure feedback. The results show that the system can simulate the injection environment accurately and reliably.
