摘要

为实现控制器硬件在环(Hardwareintheloop,HIL)测试,根据半物理建模方法,基于Matlab/Simulink建立了大功率高压共轨柴油机实时仿真模型。介绍了柴油机关键部件的建模原理,并进行了起动、怠速工况和测功机工况下的仿真试验,通过对比分析发现,仿真结果与试验数据误差小于6%,表明所建柴油机模型能够完成控制器控制功能的验证,可以应用于发动机控制策略的前期开发和控制器的HIL测试,模型具有较高的可靠性和通用性。

Abstract

Based on semiphysical modeling theory,a real time model of high pressure common rail diesel engine was built by using Matlab/Simulink software to realize the hardwareintheloop testing of controller. The modeling principle of key components of diesel engine was introduced and the simulation tests under the starting, idle and dynamometer conditions were conducted. The results show that the error between simulation and test is less than 6%. Therefore, the diesel engine model can complete the verification of controller control function and can be applied to the early development of engine control strategy and the HIL test of controller. Accordingly, the model has high reliability and versatility.
