摘要

开发高增压缸内直喷汽油机面临的最大挑战是其在低速大负荷工作时所遇到的低速提前点火以及由此引发的超级爆震。对某1.5 L高增压发动机低速提前点火的发生机理以及爆震强度的抑制方法进行了试验研究。试验结果证明,超级爆震强度受空燃比、冷却液的温度,以及燃油对曲轴箱机油的稀释等因素的影响。合理控制缸内混合气点火条件及燃烧的参数可以有效地控制超级爆震的强度。

Abstract

The largest challenge in developing highlyboosted TGDI engine is the low-speed pre-ignition and its induced super knock under high load condition of low speed. Hence the mechanism of low-speed pre-ignition and knock suppression were researched on a 1.5 L TGDI engine. The test results show that the super knock intensity is affected by factors such as the airfuel ratio, the coolant temperature and the dilution of crankcase oil from fuel. Reasonable control of incylinder ignition conditions and combustion parameters can effectively control the intensity of super knock.
