摘要

利用AMESim建立了发动机可变凸轮相位器响应速度数值仿真模型,结合试验设计和相关性分析,验证了仿真模型的可靠性并研究了相位器的各个关键参数对其响应速度的影响机理。研究发现:对相位器响应速度影响显著的一次因素为叶片力臂、叶片厚度、预加载荷;在全平面工况内,二次因素对相位器响应速度的影响呈复杂的非线性;叶片力臂较大时,叶片厚度对相位器响应速度影响较小;当叶片力臂和叶片厚度增大时,相位器响应速度随预加载荷的增加没有明显变化。

Abstract

A numerical simulation model of response velocity for engine VVT cam phaser was built by using AMESim software. Based on the experimental design and correlation analysis, the reliability of model was verified and the influencing mechanism of each key parameter on response velocity was studied. The study found that the primary factors of phaser response velocity were the blade force arm, blade thickness and preload. The influence of secondary factors was complex and nonlinear in the full-plane working condition. The blade thickness had a little influence on response velocity when the blade force arm was relatively large. The phaser response velocity would not change significantly with the increase of preload when the blade force arm and blade thickness increased.
