摘要

采用浸泡的方法,将T2铜分别浸泡在乙醇和柴油中,考察了腐蚀形貌、析出物成分、腐蚀速率、溶液颜色,通过动电位极化曲线研究乙醇对柴油发动机燃油系统中铜金属部件的腐蚀行为。结果表明,样件的上述各参数变化率与自腐蚀电位和自腐蚀电流密度变化结果一致。乙醇对T2的腐蚀比柴油严重,这是由于乙醇中氧元素较易与T2反应,生成金属氧化物,金属氧化物进一步与乙醇中的羟基发生化学反应,生成乙酸,又加速了腐蚀的进行。

Abstract

T2 copper was immersed in ethanol and diesel respectively and the characteristics were investigated including the corrosion morphology, precipitate composition, corrosion rate and solution color. The corrosion behavior of ethanol on copper metal parts in fuel system was studied according to the dynamic potential polarization curve. The results show that the changing rates of above-mentioned parameters from the specimen are consistent with those of the potential and current density of self-corrosion. The corrosion of T2 in ethanol is more serious than that in diesel because oxygen element of ethanol is easy to react with T2 to form metal oxide, which accelerates the corrosion by further reacting with hydroxyl in ethanol to form acetic acid.
