摘要

基于硬件在环仿真技术在大功率柴油机控制器测试中的应用,介绍了硬件在环仿真技术的系统组成、发动机仿真模型设计、模型参数化、自动测试软件实施和硬件在环仿真过程。仿真结果表明,硬件在环仿真技术可以全面详细地测试控制器的功能,可有效缩短开发周期和减少研制费用。

Abstract

Based on the application of hardware-in-the-loop simulation technology in high-power diesel engine controller testing, the system composition, the design of engine simulation model, the model parameterization, the implementation of automatic test software and the hardware-in-the-loop simulation process were introduced. The simulation results show that the hardware-in-the-loop simulation technology can describe the function of the controller in detail, which can shorten the development cycle and cut development costs effectively.
