摘要

提出了一种新的汽油机高压共轨喷油器驱动电路及其控制信号时序,以实现电磁阀线圈电流的精确控制。该驱动电路采用高低双电压源分时驱动,各阶段电流回路中无附加电阻,将线圈多余能量分别反馈至高低电压源,实现了驱动电路能源的最大程度回收;同一波形PWM驱动下减小了保持阶段电流纹波对断电延迟的影响,提高了电磁阀关断延时一致性。理论分析和仿真试验验证了驱动电路新拓扑的可行性。

Abstract

A new-typed drive circuit and its control signal timing for gasoline engine high pressure common rail injector were proposed to achieve precise control of solenoid valve coil current. The system used high and low voltage sources to drive in set periods and there were no additional resistors in the current loop of each phase. The excess energy of coil fed back to the high and low voltage source respectively and the drive circuit energy was recycled to the largest extent. The influence of current ripple on the poweroff delay during the holding phase decreased under the same waveform PWM drive and the consistency of turnoff delay for the solenoid valve improved. Theoretical analysis and simulation experiments verified the feasibility for the new topology of drive circuit.
