汽油机喷油器光学油盘测试方法研究

摘要

在定容弹喷雾试验台上,利用平面激光诱导荧光原理搭建了光学油盘测试研究平台,试验研究了PFI及GDI汽油机喷油器的喷雾油束角度及落点特性,分析了喷雾记录时间段、时间间隔和喷孔数量对测试结果的影响规律。研究结果表明,光学油盘法对不同孔数的PFI喷油器和GDI喷油器都适用,其结果具有普适性。该方法测试数据与传统油盘法数据相近,结果具有较高的分辨率,且比油盘法测试结果更加直观。

Abstract

Based on the theory of laser induced fluorescence, an optical patternation testing system was built on the constant volume chamber bench. The spray fuel beam angle and impact point characteristics of PFI and GDI gasoline engine injectors were studied and the influences of spray recording duration, recording interval and nozzle number on test results were analyzed. The result indicates that the optical patternation is applicable to both PFI and GDI injectors with different number of nozzle holes. The test data of this method are similar to that of traditional patternation, but they have a higher resolution and are more intuitive.
