摘要

以某单缸汽油机为研究对象,以AVL Boost软件为平台,在参考原型机实际工作参数的条件下搭建发动机系统整体模型;选取合适的燃烧模型、传热模型对热力学影响参数进行仿真,将仿真结果与试验结果进行对比并进行参数修正,以得到准确的仿真模型。在获得精度较优仿真模型的基础上,重点对原型机系统的配气方案进行优化,搭建基于AVL Boost和Matlab/Simulink软件的联合仿真优化环境,并利用粒子群智能优化算法对发动机配气正时进行智能寻优,最终确定二冲程下的最佳配气方案,为原型机系统二冲程运行模式下的优化和改进提供了基础。

Abstract

Taking a singlecylinder gasoline engine as the research object, the overall model of engine system was built by referring to the working parameters of prototype with AVL Boost software. The combustion model and heat transfer model were selected to realize the simulation of thermodynamic influencing parameters. The simulation results were compared with the experimental results and the parameters were further corrected to acquire an accurate simulation model. Based on the simulation modelwith a better precision, the valve scheme of prototype was mainly optimized, the united simulation optimization environment of AVL Boost and Matlab/Simulink software was then built, the intelligent querying of optimal valve timing was further conducted with the particle swarm intelligent optimization algorithm, and the optimal valve scheme was finally determined, which provided a basis for optimization and improvement in the twostroke operation mode of the prototype system.
