摘要

针对某型车用柴油机气门间隙调整片存在的可靠性问题,开展气门间隙调整片的故障树分析,研究气门间隙调整片的失效机理,建立基于发动机耐久性考核试验剖面的气门间隙调整片可靠性模型,并对气门间隙调整片的既有可靠性进行评价。在此基础上,从结构、材料和工艺等方面研究气门间隙调整片的可靠性增长措施,运用可靠性模型对可靠性增长效果进行评价,并进行试验验证。研究表明,气门间隙调整片的故障模式为接触疲劳破坏,通过采取优化结构和工艺参数、更换材料等可靠性增长措施,气门间隙调整片的可靠性能够得到显著提高。

Abstract

For the reliability problem of valve clearance adjusting sheet of a vehicle diesel engine, the fault tree analysis was carried out to analyze the failure mechanism of adjusting sheet, the reliability model based on the engine durability test section was established, and the existing reliability of adjusting sheet was evaluated. The reliability growth measures of adjusting sheet were analyzed from the aspects of structure, materials and process, the reliability growth effect was further evaluated based on the reliability model and the verification test was finally conducted. The research shows that the failure mode of valve clearance adjusting sheet is contact fatigue failure. By adopting the reliability growth measures such as optimizing the structure and process parameters and replacing materials, the reliability of valve clearance adjusting sheet improves significantly.
