摘要

研究了柴油在不同喷射和环境条件下的碰壁喷雾特性,包括喷射压力、环境压力、碰壁距离、壁面温度和壁面表面粗糙度。通过试验获得了碰壁后油束铺展半径(RW)和卷吸高度(HW)的数据,评估了各个参数对RWHW的影响。其中,喷射压力对RW的影响最明显,其次是环境压力,碰壁距离的影响最小;对HW影响最明显的因素仍然是喷射压力,其次是碰壁距离,环境压力的影响最小。

Abstract

The impingement spray characteristics of diesel fuel were studied under different injection and environmental conditions, including injection pressure, ambient pressure, impingement distance, wall temperature and surface roughness. Through the experiment, the data of impingement spray radius RW and suction height HW after impingement were obtained and the influences of various parameters on RW and HW were evaluated. The results show that the effect of injection pressure on RW is the most obvious, followed by the ambient pressure and the impingement distance. The most obvious factor for HW is still the injection pressure, followed by the impingement distance and the ambient pressure.
