摘要

基于平板传热理论和正交试验方法,探明了影响气缸盖火力板壁温的各换热边界的主次顺序和影响规律,研究结论可应用于气缸盖设计,为热负荷控制提供方向和参考。在某气缸盖研发过程中,结合上述理论,以控制火力面温度最低为目标,确定火力板厚度为首要的控制参数,并确定了最优值,同时验证了平板传热理论应用于探寻火力板温度影响规律的可行性和正确性。

Abstract

The primary and secondary order and influencing laws of each heat transfer boundary affecting the wall temperature of the fire plate of cylinder head were found out based on the plate heat transfer theory and orthogonal test method. The research conclusion could be applied to the design of cylinder head, which provided the direction and reference for thermal load control. In the research and development process of a certain cylinder head, the primary control parameter was the thickness of fire plate and the optimal value was determined based on the lowest temperature aim of fire surface. In addition, the feasibility and accuracy of plate heat transfer theory was verified in exploring the temperature laws of fire plate.
