摘要

以不同销内径、配合间隙、销孔型线的活塞组为研究对象,以利用ANSYS计算得到的活塞温度场和变形量作为边界条件,基于弹性流体动力学润滑模型,进行多体动力学仿真计算,并结合销孔疲劳试验对活塞销孔的磨损情况进行分析。结果显示,销孔磨损一般发生在销孔内侧靠近销孔内倒角位置。活塞销的结构强度引起自身椭圆变形过大,从而使得销孔表面产生很大的接触压力,在接触压力的作用下,销孔会发生严重的磨损。随着活塞销内孔直径的增加,累计磨损载荷增大;销孔接触压力和累计磨损载荷随配合间隙的增大而减小;双曲线销孔型线更有利于销孔楔形动力润滑油膜的形成。

Abstract

For piston groups with different pin inner diameters, fitting clearances and pin bore profiles, the multibody dynamics simulation was carried out based on the elastohydrodynamic lubrication model by using the temperature field and deformation of piston calculated through ANSYS as boundary conditions, and the wear condition of piston pin hole was analyzed by combining with pin hole fatigue test. The results show that the wear of pin hole generally occurs in the inner side of pin hole near the inner chamfer position. The structural strength of piston pin causes its own elliptical deformation to be too large, resulting in a large contact pressure on the surface of pin hole. Under the action of contact pressure, the pin hole will suffer from severe wear. With the increase of the inner hole diameter of piston pin, the cumulative wear load increases. The pin hole contact pressure and cumulative wear load decrease with the increase of fitting clearance. The hyperbolic pin hole profile is more conducive to the formation of the wedgeshaped dynamic lubricating oil film of pin hole.
