摘要

为探究主动油气分离器、复式油气分离器和迷宫式油气分离器的性能,进行了压力损失和分离效率试验。通过搭建油气分离器试验台,研究了3种类型油气分离器在不同边界条件下压力损失和分离效率特性。试验结果表明:窜气量越大压力损失越大,与油气分离器类型无关,主动式油气分离器压力损失最低;且在不同窜气量、机油温度以及气泵压力下,主动式油气分离器分离效率最高,迷宫式油气分离器效率最低。转速为12 000 r/min、窜气量为180 L/min时,主动离心式油气分离器分离效率为98.82%,迷宫式油气分离器分离效率为66.30%,复式油气分离器分离效率为87.34%。窜气量小于100 L/min或油滴粒径较小时,主动式油气分离器分离效率低于90%。研究成果为油气分离器性能研究及优化设计提供方向。

Abstract

To evaluate the performance of active, compound, and labyrinth oil-gas separators, tests were conducted to measure pressure loss and separation efficiency. By establishing an oil-gas separator test platform, the pressure loss and separation efficiency characteristics for three types of separators were studied under different boundary conditions. The experimental results show that greater blow-by of oil-gas mixture result in higher pressure loss regardless of the separator type, and the active oil-gas separator has the lowest pressure loss. Additionally, the active oil-gas separator demonstrates the highest separation efficiency under different blowby, oil temperatures and gas pump pressures, and the labyrinth oil-gas separator has the lowest efficiency. At the speed of 12 000 r/min and the blow-by of 180 L/min, the separation efficiency of active, labyrinth and compound separator is 98.82%, 66.30% and 87.34% respectively. The separation efficiency of active oil-gas separator is less than 90% when the blow-by of oil-gas mixture is less than 100 L/min or the particle size of oil droplets is small. The findings provide valuable insights for the performance evaluation and optimization of oil-gas separator designs.
