摘要

为了探明脉冲来流下蜗壳详细设计参数对转子进口流动时空变化及气动性能影响机理,提高涡轮效率,采用三维非定常数值模拟方法,研究了蜗壳出口半径、蜗壳截面形状和进口导管角对涡轮流动特性的影响。结果表明:蜗壳出口半径增大,可以有效抑制蜗舌引起的周向畸变,在脉冲波峰时刻降低蜗舌附近叶片吸力面熵产率,在脉冲波谷时刻降低叶片压力面熵产率,可提高涡轮气动性能;梨形截面蜗壳优于圆形截面蜗壳,降低了蜗舌处熵产率;进口导管角主要影响蜗舌处的气体流动,导管角增大使蜗舌处流动畸变增强,并使得蜗壳等效A/R值增大,质量流量(MFP)增加。

Abstract

To explore the influence mechanism of the detailed design parameters of volute on the distribution and variation of flow at rotor inlet and improve the turbine efficiency under pulsating flow, the effects of volute outlet radius, volute section shape and inlet duct angle on the turbine flow characteristics were studied by using three-dimensional unsteady numerical method. The results show that the increase of volute outlet radius can effectively suppress the circumferential distortion caused by the volute tongue. In addition, the entropy generation rate on the blade suction surface near the volute tongue and on the pressure surface of the blade reduce respectively at the pulse peak and trough and hence the turbine aerodynamic performance improves. The pear-shaped volute is superior to the circular volute, which reduces the entropy generation rate at the volute tongue. The inlet duct angle mainly affects the gas flow at the volute tongue. The increase of duct angle enhances the flow distortion at the volute tongue, and increases the equivalent A/R ratio and MFP of volute.
