摘要

柴油机国六排放法规的推出使DPF成为柴油机达到国六排放法规要求的必要后处理装置,且DPF再生技术是国六柴油机的核心技术。国六柴油机后处理型式复杂,不恰当的再生验证试验会导致错误的试验结果。根据再生的发生周期,DPF再生可分连续再生和周期性再生两类。详细介绍了不同再生类型下柴油机的再生验证过程,并通过不同类型的柴油机再生试验研究,得到了国六柴油机的炭烟排放再生规律。针对周期性再生验证的难点,创新性地提出了周期试验替代方案,可有效计算再生因子,优化了周期性再生验证试验流程,缩短周期性再生的验证时间,大幅减少了其验证成本。

Abstract

The introduction of China Ⅵ emission regulation for diesel engines makes DPF a necessary aftertreatment device to meet the emission requirement, and DPF regeneration technology is the core technology of China Ⅵ diesel engine. The aftertreatment type of China Ⅵ diesel engine is complex, and the inappropriate regeneration verification test will lead to wrong test results. According to the occurrence cycle of regeneration, DPF regeneration was divided into two types of continuous regeneration and periodic regeneration. The verification processes of diesel engine regeneration were introduced in detail under different regeneration types, and the soot emission regeneration law of China Ⅵ diesel engine was acquired through the experimental research of diesel engine regeneration for different regeneration types. In view of the difficulties of periodic regeneration verification, an innovative alternative to cyclic test was then proposed, which could effectively calculate the regeneration factor. The experimental process of periodic regeneration verification was hence optimized, which shortened the verification time of periodic regeneration and greatly reduced the verification cost.
