摘要

以某柴油机气缸盖为研究对象,开展了气缸盖低周疲劳试验方法研究和仿真分析评估工作,用以评价气缸盖的低周疲劳寿命。在试验研究中,考虑螺栓预紧载荷,结合刚度匹配计算,使气缸盖在试验状态下的预紧状况与整机接近,在燃气热负荷试验台上对气缸盖开展了2 000次低周疲劳考核,经探伤未发现热裂纹。基于子模型分析技术,运用塑性应变能理论,计算了气缸盖火力面考察点的低周疲劳寿命,分析表明,寿命最低的考察点位于排气鼻梁区,其寿命为2 863次。试验和仿真结果均表明,该气缸盖满足低周疲劳寿命大于等于2 000次的设计要求,验证了气缸盖低周疲劳试验方法的合理性和有限元分析的准确性。

Abstract

The low-cycle fatigue test and the simulation evaluation were conducted to evaluate the low-cycle fatigue life based on the cylinder head of a diesel engine. In the experimental study, the pre-tightening state of cylinder head was close to the actual state of matching engine by considering the bolt pre-tightening load and stiffness matching calculation. Two thousand times low-cycle fatigue tests of cylinder head were carried out on the gas thermal load test bench and the thermal cracks were not found after flaw detection. In the simulation analysis study, the low-cycle fatigue life at the examination point of the fire surface of cylinder head was calculated based on the sub-model analysis technology and the plastic strain energy theory. The analysis results showed that the position of the lowest cycle life was located in the exhaust bridge zone with the life of 2 863 times. The test and simulation results showed that the cylinder head met the design requirements of low-cycle fatigue life greater than or equal to 2 000 times. Finally, the rationality of experimental method and the accuracy of finite element analysis of cylinder head for lowcycle fatigue were verified.
