摘要

为了解决车用空-空中冷器内部气体流动均匀性差的问题,提出了复合混流式中冷器的概念。基于计算流体力学(CFD)方法和试验方法,对基准模型中冷器和复合混流式中冷器的性能进行对比分析。结果表明:在相同的工况条件下,将基准模型中冷器更换为优化结构中冷器,发动机的功率将增加1.54 kW。

Abstract

In order to solve the poor flow uniformity inside air-to-air charge air cooler (CAC), a composite mixed-flow concept was proposed. Based on the computational fluid dynamics(CFD) and experimental methods, the performances of reference model and composite mixed-flow CAC were compared and analyzed. The results show that engine power improves by 1.54 kW with the optimized CAC instead of the reference model CAC under the same working condition.
