摘要

针对某高功率密度柴油机缸内高热压缩介质燃烧温度测试需求,在传统测温方法因受适用性、可行性、测试效果等限制无法应用的情况下,研究了一种基于红外测温原理的双色红外温度测试方法,设计了双色红外测温系统,并在目标柴油机上进行了系统集成与试验验证。结果表明:同转速下目标柴油机功率越高,缸内循环平均瞬态最高温度越高;缸内温度与缸内压力在时域上具有周期一致性;单个工作循环内,缸内最高温度的出现时刻在最高压力时刻之后,处于燃烧缓燃期末段。验证结果表明了测试方法的有效性。

Abstract

For the measurement requirement of combustion temperature of in-cylinder high-temperature compression medium from a high power density diesel engine, the method of two-color infrared temperature measurement was proposed to solve the difficulty that temperature could not be measured with the traditional method due to its applicability, feasibility and test effect. The two-color infrared temperature measurement system was designed and the verification was conducted on the objective diesel engine. The results show that the in-cylinder cycle average transient maximum temperature increases with the increase of power and the in-cylinder temperature and pressure have the same period in the time domain. For a single cycle, temperature reaches the maximum after the maximum pressure during the latter of slow combustion period. The results verify the effectiveness of this measuring method.
