摘要

针对起动-暖机工况下冷却水温和喷射模式对发动机燃烧和颗粒物排放的影响进行了试验研究。试验结果表明:低水温和直喷模式均会使缸内燃烧压力降低;燃烧持续期随冷却水温的变化规律在直喷模式和双喷模式下是不同的;使用双喷模式以及升高水温是大幅度降低PN的两种有效手段,且均能使颗粒物的氧化活化能降低。在起动-暖机阶段随着水温的升高,经过优化后的喷射策略可以使发动机一直处于低颗粒物排放状态,有利于颗粒物的氧化。

Abstract

The experimental research was conducted to analyze the effects of coolant temperature and injection mode on combustion and particulate emission under the cold start and warmup conditions. The test results show that the low coolant temperature and direct injection mode can decrease the in-cylinder combustion pressure. The combustion duration changes with coolant temperature differently under the direct injection mode and the dual injection mode respectively. Both the dual injection mode and increasing the coolant temperature are the effective methods of reducing PN emission, which can reduce the oxidation activation energy of particulate matter. With the increase of coolant temperature under the cold start and warm-up conditions, the optimized injection control strategy can keep engine in a state of low particulate emission, which is beneficial to the oxidation of particulates.
