摘要

采用热重-质谱联用技术(TG-MS)和台架试验方法,研究了纳米铜颗粒对柴油机炭烟颗粒的燃烧催化作用。研究发现,纳米铜对炭烟颗粒燃烧具有优异的催化能力,其可使碳的完全氧化燃烧温度从580 ℃降低到520 ℃。柴油机台架试验表明,纳米铜润滑油添加剂使颗粒物(PM)、CO 和HC排放量分别减少了99.0%,81.3%,33.3%。研究结果表明,纳米铜颗粒可促进碳化合物的完全燃烧,有效减少燃料中PM、CO和HC的排放,抑制并逐步消除发动机燃烧室中的积碳。

Abstract

The combination of thermo-gravimetry and mass spectrum (TG-MS) analysis and diesel engine bench test were used to study the combustion catalysis of nano-copper particles on soot particles of diesel engine. The research showed that nanocopper oxide had an excellent catalytic ability for soot particle combustion because it could lower the full oxidation combustion temperature of carbon from 580 ℃ to 520 ℃. The diesel engine bench test demonstrated that the nano-copper lubricant additive reduced particulate matter (PM), CO and HC emissions by 99.0%, 81.3% and 33.3% respectively. The above research results indicated that the nanocopper particles could promote the complete combustion of carbon compounds and reduce particulate matter (PM), CO and HC emissions effectively. Accordingly, the carbon deposits in the combustion chamber was suppressed and gradually eliminated in the end.
