摘要

针对某柴油机试验中不断出现的增压器蜗壳旋转故障,开展了基于振动分析的柴油机增压器蜗壳旋转失效研究。通过整机振动测试及特征分析,获得了可作为失效特征分析基准的柴油机台架系统;进一步通过局部振动测试及特征分析,确定了蜗壳旋转失效的主要原因是系统内存在接触应力,直接诱因是增压器蜗壳管相对进气管的异步工作。最终,调整蜗壳压板材料以及压板螺栓紧固力矩,并搭载试验验证了调整方案的有效性,表明所述基于振动分析的研究方法较好地解决了柴油机增压器蜗壳旋转失效故障。

Abstract

For the rotating failure of turbo volute for diesel engine that occurred frequently in the test, the research were carried out based on vibration analysis. The test bench system of diesel engine that could be used as the analysis reference was obtained by vibration test and characteristic analysis of engine. The contact stress in the turbo was identified as the root cause of rotating failure through further local vibration test and characteristic analysis, which was caused by the asynchronous rotating between volute tube and intake tube. The scheme of adjusting the material of volute fixing plate and the tightening torque of its bolt was put forward and verified by the experiment. The results show that the rotating failure of turbo volute can be well solved with the vibration analysis based method.
