摘要

对某缸内直喷汽油车分别进行了不同海拔的海拔舱WLTC工况试验和实际道路排放测试,试验时未对发动机进行任何改动。结果表明:在海拔舱WLTC工况试验条件下,随海拔增加,CO排放先升高后降低,NOx排放升高,PN排放先降低后升高。在RDE测试工况条件下,随着海拔的增加,CONOx排放在城区工况下随之升高;在高速和综合工况下CO排放呈先升高后降低的趋势,NOx排放呈先缓降再升高的趋势;PN排放在城区和综合工况下都呈先升高再降低后升高的趋势。COPN排放主要产生在高速工况,而NOx排放主要产生在城区工况。总体来说,COPN在综合工况下的排放结果较城区工况下的排放结果偏高,而NOx排放结果则反之。

Abstract

The gasoline direct injection (GDI) vehicle was used to conduct WLTC test and real driving emission test respectively at different altitudes simulated through plateau test bench without doing any change to the engine. The results showed that CO emission first increased and then decreased, NOx emission increased, and PN emission first decreased and then increased with the increase of altitude under the condition of WLTC test at an altitude simulated by warehouse. Under the RDE test condition, CO and NOx emissions increased in urban area, CO emission first increased and then decreased and NOx emission first slowly decreased and then increased in motorway and comprehensive areas, and PN emission increased, then decreased and increased again in urban and comprehensive areas with the increase of altitude. CO and PN emissions mainly occurred in highspeed conditions, while NOx emissions mainly occurred in urban conditions. In general, the emission results of CO and PN in comprehensive area were higher than those in urban area, while NOx emission results were just the opposite.
