摘要

运用商业软件计算整车循环工况燃油消耗时,计算值与道路实测值之间存在较大的偏差,通过对软件的功能原理进行分析,指出了软件计算中存在不足的原因,并提出了将瞬态数据纳入计算以减少计算误差的方法。分别用基于发动机万有特性数据和稳态万有特性结合瞬态特性数据的两种方法,对整车循环工况燃油消耗进行了数值模拟计算,并与整车道路测试数据进行比较。结果表明,采用发动机瞬态特性与整车循环工况计算关联的方法,可减小模拟计算结果与实测结果间的偏差。

Abstract

There was a big deviation between the calculated and measured value when using commercial software to calculate the fuel consumption of vehicle driving cycle. The calculation problem of software was pointed out through analyzing the function and principle of software. Then it was put forward that transient data should participate in the calculation to reduce the error. Furthermore, the fuel consumption of vehicle driving cycle was calculated and compared with the measured data based on universal characteristic data and transient data. The results show that the error between simulation and test decreases after introducing the transient data.
