摘要

针对非道路柴油移动机械实际工况与标准循环测试条件差异显著的问题,通过便携式排放测量系统(PEMS)和台架试验,分析了3台代表性样机在控制区外工况点的排放特性,探讨了非标准循环控制区拓宽的可行性。试验结果表明:3台机械在实际作业时,处于控制区外的工况点占比较高,且低转速、低扭矩区域的NOx排放显著升高,其中样机2最高达9.278 g/(kW•h);样机2和样机3分别有2个和1个工况点的NOx及HC排放超过法规限值,但通过标定优化可实现有效控制。研究表明,拓宽控制区可将更多高排放工况纳入监管范围,同时企业通过技术调整能够满足排放要求,为非道路机械动态排放控制策略的制定提供了理论依据。

Abstract

To address the significant discrepancy between real-world operating conditions and standard test cycle for non-road diesel mobile machinery, the emission characteristics of three representative prototype engines at operating points outside the conventional control zone were investigated using portable emission measurement systems (PEMS) and engine bench testing. The feasibility of expanding the regulatory cycle control zone to cover non-standard operation conditions was examined. The test results revealed that all three machines spent a substantial proportion of time at operating points outside the current control zone during actual operation. Notably, NOx emissions in low-speed and low-torque regions increased substantially, with prototype 2 exhibiting a peak emission of 9.278 g/(kW•h). Additionally, two operating points for prototype 2 and one for prototype 3 exceeded regulatory limits for NOx and HC emissions, but these could be effectively mitigated through calibration optimization. The study demonstrated that expanding control zones would incorporate more high-emission operating conditions into regulatory oversight. Technical adjustments by manufacturers could ensure compliance, providing a theoretical basis for dynamic emission control strategies in non-road machinery.
