摘要

甲醇发动机在运行过程中易发生甲醇稀释现象,严重影响缸套-活塞环摩擦副的润滑性能。以某改装甲醇发动机为研究对象,基于平均雷诺方程构建了织构化缸套-活塞环摩擦副的数值润滑模型。利用MATLAB软件对模型进行求解,通过调整凹坑织构参数,分析了其对润滑稀释条件下缸套活塞环摩擦副润滑性能的影响。研究结果表明:甲醇稀释会导致润滑油黏度发生变化,破坏摩擦副的油膜生成能力,进而劣化润滑环境,而在活塞环表面设计合理的表面织构可以有效缓解这种负面影响,在特定织构参数下,如凹坑半径为100 μm和凹坑深度为5 μm时,润滑油平均流体摩擦力最小。

Abstract

Methanol engines are susceptible to methanol-induced dilution phenomenon during operation, which severely degrades the lubrication performance of the cylinder liner-piston ring friction pair. Taking a modified methanol engine as the research object, a numerical lubrication model for the textured cylinder liner-piston ring friction pair was established based on the average Reynolds equation. The model was solved using MATLAB software. By adjusting the dimple texture parameters, its influence on the lubrication performance of the friction pair was analyzed under diluted lubrication conditions. The research results indicate that methanol dilution changes lubricant viscosity, impairs the oil film formation capability of the friction pair and consequently deteriorates the lubrication environment. However, incorporating appropriate surface textures on the piston ring surface can effectively mitigate this adverse effect. Under specific texture parameters such as a dimple radius of 100 μm and a dimple depth of 5 μm, the smallest average hydrodynamic friction force of the lubricant can be achieved.
