摘要
为了缓解温室效应及减少化石能源消耗,从改善生物柴油燃烧性能的角度出发,通过台架试验研究了不同负荷和EGR率下生物柴油-异丙醇-2-EHN混合燃料在柴油机中的燃烧与排放性能。结果表明:掺混异丙醇和2-EHN能有效改善生物柴油的雾化性能,增加滞燃期内形成的可燃混合气,提升中低负荷下的缸内压力和放热峰值,并显著降低CO,HC,碳烟和NOx排放;低负荷时燃用混合燃料的燃油消耗率偏高,热效率较生物柴油下降约5%,但随负荷增加,其燃料经济性与生物柴油差距明显缩短;此外,采用8%以下的EGR率有助于实现混合燃料的低温燃烧,在高效降低NOx排放的同时,其动力性与经济性均优于纯生物柴油。
Abstract
In order to mitigate the greenhouse effect and reduce
fossil energy consumption, from the perspective of improving the combustion
performance of biodiesel, bench tests were conducted to study the combustion
and emission performance of biodiesel-isopropyl alcohol-2-EHN blends with varying loads and EGR
rates on a diesel engine. The results indicated that isopropyl alcohol and 2-EHN addition could effectively improve the atomization and increase
the combustible mixture during the ignition delay period. The cylinder pressure
and heat release peak of blends increased at low and medium loads, and the
emissions of CO, HC, soot and NOx significantly reduced. At low load, the brake specific fuel
consumption of blends was higher, and the brake thermal efficiency decreased by
approximately 5%, whereas the gap of economy performance between blends and
biodiesel obviously shortened with load increase. In addition, applying EGR
rates below 8% facilitated low-temperature combustion
of the blends, which efficiently suppressed NOx formation while maintaining superior power output and fuel economy
relative to pure biodiesel.
