摘要

采用光学发动机和双色法测试技术开展了甲醇-加氢催化生物柴油(hydrogenated catalytic biodiesel,HCB)在部分预混压燃(partially premixed combustion,PPC)低温燃烧模式下的燃烧特性和碳烟瞬态生成特性的研究。结果表明,随着直喷时刻的提前,燃用M0100%HCB)与M1515%甲醇,25%正辛醇和 60%HCB)的峰值缸压先增大后减小,甲醇的掺混降低了混合燃油的活性,导致在相同直喷时刻下M15燃烧相位滞后于M0。在PPC燃烧模式燃烧初期,甲醇蒸发吸热导致M15燃油火焰温度小于M0燃油,但随着燃烧的发展,由于M15有更高的氧含量以及更均匀的燃油分布,燃烧后期M15的充分燃烧不仅使其火焰温度逐渐大于M0,还显著降低了燃烧过程中碳烟的生成。

Abstract

Combustion characteristics and transient soot generation of methanol-hydrogenated catalytic biodiesel(HCB) in partially premixed combustion(PPC) low temperature combustion mode were investigated by using an optical engine and twocolor testing method. The results indicate that the peak cylinder pressures of M0(100% HCB) and M15(15% methanol, 25% n-octanol, and 60% HCB) increase first and then decrease as the timing of direct injection advances. The methanol blending reduces the activity of blended fuels, which results in the lagging of the combustion phases of M15 compared with that of M0 under the same direct injection moment. In the early stage of PPC combustion mode, the flame temperature of M15 is lower than that of M0 due to the heat absorption of methanol evaporation, but with the development of combustion, the full combustion of M15 not only makes its flame temperature gradually higher than that of M0, but also significantly reduces the generation of carbon soot in the late combustion phase due to the higher oxygen content of M15 and the more homogeneous distribution of the fuel.
