摘要

面向未来法规需求,基于低负荷循环(low-load cycle,LLC),对重型车不同负载条件下的氧化亚氮(N2O)、10 nm以上颗粒物数量(PN10)以及23 nm以上颗粒物数量(PN23)的排放特征进行了试验研究,并使用v-VSP分块聚类模型进行了区域排放分析。结果表明:LLC工况下, N2O排放量随载荷的增大而增加,与排温直接相关;低速区或负VSP区内,N2O排放与载荷呈正相关关系,但在正VSP &中高速区域,过高的载荷反而降低了N2O的排放; PN10和PN23排放均随载荷的增大而增加,且载荷越大,10~23 nm粒径粒子占比越高;中高速&VSP绝对值大的区域内, PN10和PN23有较高的浓度,但PN10和PN23的绝对排放量主要存在于VSP为正的区域;随着载荷的增大,低速&高VSP区域有更多比例10~23 nm粒径粒子。

Abstract

For the future legislation requirements, the emission characteristics of nitrous oxide(N2O), particulate matter quantities above 10 nm(PN10) and above 23 nm(PN23) of heavy-duty vehicle were studied at different loads according to low load cycle(LLC), and regional analysis was conducted using the v-VSP binningreconstruction model. The results show that the total N2O emissions under LLC increase with the increase of load and are directly related to exhaust temperature. N2O emissions are positively correlated with load in the area of low speed or negative VSP, but N2O emissions reduce under the full load in the area of positive VSP and mediumhigh speed. Both PN10 and PN23 increase with the load increase, and the particles with the size of 10-23 nm take a higher proportion with the larger load. PN10 and PN23 have relatively high concentrations of emission in the area of mediumhigh speed and high absolute VSP values, but the absolute emissions of PN10 and PN23 mainly concentrate in the area of positive VSP values. With the increase of load, the particles with the size of 10-23 nm take higher proportion in the area of low-speed and high VSP.
