摘要

涡轮增压器广泛应用于汽车、轮船等领域,随着增压器工作转速不断提高,增压器压气机气动噪声问题日益突出。针对某车用涡轮增压器搭建了增压器噪声测试试验台架,在增压器加速和稳态工况下开展了噪声测试试验研究。试验结果表明:在中高流量区域,转速低于80 000 r/min时,压气机进口气动噪声中随机噪声占主导地位,相同转速下随着流量增加,叶片通过频率噪声与总体噪声均先减小后增大;转速高于80 000 r/min时,压气机进口气动噪声主要由叶片通过频率噪声与锯齿噪声主导,相同转速下随着流量增加,叶片通过频率噪声先增大后减小,总体噪声减小;接近喘振点的小流量高压比区域,叶尖间隙噪声与随机噪声占主导地位。

Abstract

Turbochargers are widely used in vehicles, ships and other fields. With the continuous increase of turbocharger working speed, the problem of compressor aerodynamic noise becomes more and more prominent. For a turbocharger of vehicle, a turbocharger test bench of noise testing was built, and the noise testing and research were carried out under the acceleration and steadystate conditions. The test results show that the random noise dominates in the aerodynamic noise of compressor inlet under the conditions of medium and high flow area and lower than 80 000 r/min. And the blade passing frequency and overall noise both first decrease and then increase with the increase of flow rate. The blade passing frequency and sawtooth noise dominate when the speed is higher than 80 000 r/min. At a constant speed, the blade passing frequency noise first increases and then decreases, and the overall noise decreases with the increase of flow rate. The tip clearance and random noise dominate in the low flow and high pressure ratio area close to the surge point.
