摘要

为了同步提升插电式混合动力汽车(PHEV)燃油经济性和整车性能,选取P0+P3构型作为研究对象,通过对混合动力汽车的构型分析,确定P0+P3构型PHEV的可行工作模式。在此基础上制定基于规则的CD-CS控制策略,在MATLAB/Simulink中建立PHEV整车动力系统关键模型,以 3组WLTC循环工况组合仿真分析双电机构型P0+P3与单电机构型P3的节油潜力。仿真结果显示:整车模型搭建合理,所提出的整车控制策略对整车控制效果较好,对比燃油车,P3构型的PHEV节油率为55.2%,P0+P3构型的PHEV节油率为66.3%,引入电机后燃油经济性有明显提升。

Abstract

In order to simultaneously improve the fuel economy and vehicle performance of plug-in hybrid electric vehicle (PHEV), the configuration of P0 and P3 was selected as the research object. Through the configuration analysis of hybrid electric vehicle, the feasible working mode of PHEV with P0 and P3 configuration was determined. The rulebased CD-CS control strategy was further formulated, and the key model of PHEV vehicle power system was established in MATLAB/Simulink, and the fuel saving potentials of P0 and P3 double motor configuration and P3 single motor configuration were analyzed by three sets of WLTC cycle conditions. The simulation results show that the vehicle model is reasonable and the proposed vehicle control strategy has a good control effect of vehicle. Compared with the fuel vehicle, the PHEV with P3 configuration saves fuel by 55.2% and the PHEV with P0 and P3 configuration saves fuel by 66.3%, and the fuel economy improves significantly after the introduction of motor.
