摘要

混合动力汽车通过发动机和电机两种动力源实现多种驱动模式,不同动力源的切换对整车动力性能和驾驶性能有着重要影响。在四轮驱动混合动力汽车的基础上,针对模式切换过程中不同动力源响应性差异造成驾驶性能变差的问题,以纯电动向混合驱动模式切换过程为研究对象,提出了以离合器、电机和发动机为控制对象的协调控制策略,通过控制离合器接合压力并结合电机定转矩补偿控制,同时对发动机转速进行PID闭环控制。台架和实车试验结果表明:该控制策略能够快速平稳地实现驱动模式切换,提高了整车驾驶性能。

Abstract

Hybrid vehicles achieve a variety of driving modes by two power sources of engine and motor, while different switches between the power sources have great effects on vehicle dynamics and driving performance. Based on the four-wheel drive hybrid vehicle, the problem that the driving performance deterioration caused by response differences in different power sources during the mode switch process was considered, and a coordinated control strategy of clutch, motor and engine was put forward for the switch of pure electric driving mode to hybrid mode. The strategy controlled the clutch engagement pressure and the motor constant torque compensation, and simultaneously controlled the engine speed through the PID close loop. The bench and real vehicle test results show that the control strategy can achieve a fast and smooth driving mode switch, which leads to improved vehicle drive performance.
