摘要

以满足国六排放标准的重型天然气发动机为研究对象,研究了进气湿度对天然气发动机性能和排放的影响。研究结果表明,进气湿度增加对天然气发动机性能和排放的影响体现在以下几个方面:燃烧恶化,缸内燃烧压力降低,CA50后移;发动机点火角需要提前以保证发动机正常运行;输出扭矩降低,气耗增加;NOx排放下降,HC和CO排放呈现出上升趋势,但与HC和CO排放相比,对NOx排放影响较大。

Abstract

The impact of intake humidity on heavy-duty natural gas engine performance and emission was studied based on the engine that meets China Ⅵ emission standard. The research results show that the intake humidity has a certain influence on the performance and emission of natural gas engine. With the increase of intake humidity, the combustion deteriorates, the in-cylinder combustion pressure decreases, and the CA50 moves backwards. The engine ignition angle needs to be advanced to ensure normal engine operation. The torque output decreases and the gas consumption increases. Besides, HC and CO emissions show an upward trend, but NOx emission reduces with a large influence.
