摘要
基于发动机试验台架研究了增压直喷式汽油机在稳态工况下不同炭载量对汽油机颗粒捕集器(GPF)捕集特性的影响。结果表明:GPF背压随炭载量增大不断升高,升高趋势由快趋缓,并且GPF背压与发动机运行工况密切相关,高转速和大负荷时,GPF背压上升趋势变快;不同炭载量下,GPF对于核态颗粒过滤效果优于积聚态颗粒,GPF炭载量低于再生限值时,GPF总过滤效率保持在98.71%以上。适中的GPF炭载量有助于提升其颗粒过滤效率,但炭载量过大反而会造成GPF颗粒过滤效率下降,对发动机动力性和燃油经济性不利。
Abstract
The effects of different soot loads on gasoline particle filter(GPF)performance under steady engine conditions were studied on a test bench based on turbocharged direct injection engine. The results show that the back pressure of GPF is closely related to engine working conditions and soot loads. The back pressure increases fast and then slowly with the increase of GPF soot load and increases fast at high speed and load. Under different carbon loads, the filtration effect of GPF on nuclear particles is better than that on accumulated particles. The total filtration efficiency of GPF remains above 98.71% when the soot load of GPF is lower than the regeneration limit. The moderate soot load of GPF helps to improve the filtration efficiency, but too high soot load causes the decrease of GPF filtration efficiency, which is unfavorable to engine power and fuel economy.
