对CDPF被动再生规律和方法进行了试验研究，提出了一种CDPF被动再生控制策略，通过控制策略和发动机热管理相结合来提升被动再生的速率，并在Matlab/Simulink中搭建了炭载量计算模型，分别进行了台架和整车试验验证。试验结果表明：炭载量预估模型的精确度和响应度能够满足策略需求，被动再生控制策略能够满足CDPF炭载量控制的功能需求；启用CDPF辅助被动再生控制时，台架试验运行常用路谱工况，仅需2 h，DPF炭载量便能从3.8 g/L降低到0.96 g/L;进行整车试验时，辅助被动再生策略能够满足CDPF消炭需求，炭载量控制稳定，整车运行5 000 km无主动再生发生。

The law and method of CDPF passive regeneration were studied by the experiment and a CDPF passive regeneration control strategy was proposed. The control strategy was combined with engine thermal management to improve the passive regeneration rate. The carbon load calculation model was built in Matlab/Simulink, and the experimental results were verified by the bench test and the vehicle test respectively. The results show that the accuracy of the prediction model of carbon load can meet the requirements of strategy and response degree. Passive regeneration control strategy can meet the function requirements of CDPF carbon load control. When the CDPF assisted passive regeneration control is enabled, bench test runs common working condition of road spectrum. In just 2 hours, the carbon load of DPF reduces from 3.8 g/L to 0.96 g/L. In the vehicle test, the assisted passive regeneration strategy can meet the carbon reduction requirements of CDPF. The carbon load control is stable, and no active regeneration occurs when the vehicle runs for 5 000 km.
