摘要

针对当前主轴承变形协调特性评价方法的研究相对匮乏且现有评价指标计算复杂的问题,以单个主轴承为研究对象,提出以主轴瓦最大径向变形量作为主轴承变形协调特性的评价指标,研究主轴瓦最大径向变形量的数值计算方法,结合试验验证了该评价方法和计算方法的正确性。基于设计参数对主轴瓦最大径向变形量的灵敏度分析,讨论典型设计参数对主轴承变形协调特性的影响规律。结果表明:以主轴瓦最大径向变形量评价主轴承变形协调特性具备可行性;主轴瓦最大径向变形量仿真结果与试验数据的相对误差在7%以内。在主轴承载荷保持不变的情况下,主轴瓦最大径向变形量随着螺栓预紧力的增加逐渐减小直至基本保持不变;就当前研究机型而言,过盈量增加会造成主轴瓦最大径向变形量逐渐减小,但当过盈量大于0.17 mm时,冗余的过盈载荷可能造成主轴瓦最大径向变形量略有增大;随着机体与主轴承盖装配侧隙的增加,主轴瓦最大径向变形量几乎呈线性递增的趋势。

Abstract

In view of the problem that the research on the evaluation method of main bearing deformation coordination characteristic is relatively scarce and the calculation of existing evaluation index is complicated, the maximum radial deformation of main bearing bush for single main bearing was proposed as the evaluation index of main bearing deformation coordination characteristic, the numerical calculation method of maximum radial deformation was studied and the correctness of evaluation method and calculation method was verified by experiments. Based on the analysis on sensitivity of design parameters to the maximum radial deformation of main bearing bush, the influence laws of typical design parameters on the maximum radial deformation were discussed. The results show that the method of evaluating the main bearing deformation coordination characteristic is feasible by the maximum radial deformation of main bearing bush and the error between the calculation result and the test measurement data is within 7%. When the load of main bearing remains constant, the maximum radial deformation decreases gradually and finally becomes constant with the increase of bolt preload. For the current engine type, the increase of interference will cause the maximum radial deformation of main bearing to gradually decrease, but the redundant interference load may cause a slight increase in the maximum radial deformation when the interference is beyond 0.17 mm. With the increase of the side clearance between the body and main bearing cover, the maximum radial deformation of main bearing bush shows a linearly increasing trend.
