摘要

采用常温浸泡的方法,研究T2纯铜在不同来源生物柴油(菜籽油、玉米油、大豆油)和0号柴油中的腐蚀性能。浸泡672 h后对试样的腐蚀速率、C和O百分比含量、表面析出物以及电化学稳定性进行了研究。结果表明,T2纯铜在3种生物柴油中的腐蚀速率均高于柴油, 生物柴油中的脂肪酸甲酯中羰基的存在是导致金属表面析出物增加的主要原因。3种生物柴油对T2纯铜的腐蚀性从低到高依次为菜籽油、玉米油、大豆油。对于不同来源的生物柴油,脂肪酸甲酯中碳链长度、饱和度的差异可能是造成腐蚀强度不同的根本原因。

Abstract

The corrosive behaviors of T2 pure copper in different biodiesels such as rapeseed oil, corn oil and soybean oil and 0# diesel were studied by soaking method at ambient temperature. The corrosion rate, percentage of C and O, surface precipitates and electrochemical stability of samples were studied after soaking of 672 h. The results show that the corrosion rate of T2 pure copper in three kinds of biodiesels is higher than that of diesel fuel. The carbonyl group in fatty acid methyl ester in biodiesel is the main cause for the increase of precipitates on metal surface. The corrosivity of the three kinds of biodiesels to T2 pure copper was rapeseed oil, corn oil and soybean oil in ascending order. The difference of carbon chain length and saturation in fatty acid methyl esters in different biodiesels may be the root cause for corrosion strength difference.
