In order to study the influences of the key parameters of high-pressure common rail system on fuel pressure fluctuation in the common rail pipe, the highpressure common rail system was modeled by the AMESim simulation platform and the accuracy of model was verified. Then the study was conducted to analyze the influence of three parameters including injection pressure, injection pulse width and common rail pipe diameter on the fuel pressure fluctuation in the common rail pipe. Finally, the regression analysis of simulation data was performed with R language and the correlation of fuel pressure fluctuation with each influencing factor was determined. The results show that injection pulse width, injection pressure and common rail pipe diameter all have an effect on fuel pressure fluctuation. The weight of injection pressure reaches 80.74% among them, which takes a dominant role.
