摘要

试验在1台由高压共轨柴油机改装的甲醇柴油双燃料发动机上展开,通过仪器模拟不同海拔,进而研究在高原环境下甲醇-柴油双燃料(DMDF)燃烧的循环波动。试验主要在1 800 r/min下,通过调整发动机负荷、甲醇替代率和柴油喷射参数,研究各种参数在不同海拔下对发动机燃烧稳定性的影响。缸内压力参数,如峰值压力(pmax)和平均指示压力(IMEP),被用来量化双燃料发动机循环波动。研究结果表明,DMDF燃烧在高原下的循环波动表现出与平原上相似的趋势;随海拔升高,峰值压力循环波动系数(COVpmax)明显升高,而平均指示压力循环波动系数(COVIMEP)却呈现出相反的趋势;高海拔下峰值压力对应曲轴转角分布趋于集中。预喷油量的增加限制了高原工况下发动机循环波动率的增长;在所有海拔下,喷油时刻对COVIMEP影响不大,COVpmax对喷油时刻更加敏感;相比较其他喷油参数,喷油压力对循环波动影响较小。

Abstract

The experiment was conducted on a diesel-methanol dual fuel engine retrofitted from a high-pressure common rail engine at various simulated altitudes in order to investigate the cyclic variation of combustion for diesel and methanol dual fuel (DMDF) engine. The influences of engine load, methanol mixing ratio and injection parameter on combustion stability were researched at 1 800 r/min. Incylinder pressure parameters such as the maximum pressure (pmax) and indicated mean effective pressure (IMEP) were used to quantify the cyclic variations. The results showed that DMDF combustion in plateau condition had a similar trend to that in plain condition. With the increase of altitude, the variation coefficient of in-cylinder maximum pressure (COVpmax) increased, while that of indicated mean effective pressure (COVIMEP) decreased. The distribution of in-cylinder maximum pressure tended to concentrate at a certain range of crank angle at high altitude. The increase of pilot injection quantity suppressed the cyclic variation in plateau condition. At all altitude conditions, injection timing had little influence on COVIMEP, but was sensitive to COVpmax. Compared with other injection parameters, injection pressure had little influence on cyclic variation.
