Taking the low-pressure rubber tubing of diesel engine injection system as the research object, the 672 h oil-resistant test was conducted by soaking the tubing into methanol-biodiesel. The swelling mechanism of tubing was analyzed, and the effects of methanol-biodiesel and cetane number improver on low-pressure rubber tubing performance such as appearance, chemical structure, geometry size, mass and hardness were discussed. The results showed that the inner layer of tubing had more "blooming", the outer layer had no obvious "blooming", and methanol and cetane number in blended fuel accelerated the aging of rubber after 672 h soaking. The analysis results of scanning electron microscopy and Raman spectroscopy showed that the cross-linking points inside the rubber tubing had been destroyed and the chemical structure had changed. The geometry size and mass of tubing increased with the increase of soaking time during 0-336 h. The geometry size and mass increase of tubing decreased and the hardness of tubing decreased with the increase of soaking time during 336-672 h.
